BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

2 pounds Jimmy Dean Sausage (you can use 1 mild and 1 hot if you like a little spice)
10 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp dry or ground mustard
1 small bag of Ore Ida Hash browns
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tsp salt

Brown the sausage and remove from the pan.  Drain on paper towels.  In same pan, cook the hash browns until golden brown.  Add sausage back to pan with hash browns and mix together.  While hash browns are cooking, mix the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together in a bowl.

Spray a 9' X 13" pan with cooking spray.  Add hash brown and sausage mixture into the baking dish.  Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese.  Pour the egg mixture on top.  Add remaining cup of cheese.

It is best to make the night before and refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning at 350 for 1 hour.
