CRAB RANGOON DIP

2 cups crab meat
16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
4 green onions (scallions)
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute.  Chop your green onions.  Mix green onions and crab meat and mix well with softened cream cheese.  Add the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice.

Make sure that all ingredients are mixed well and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve hot with crackers, chips, fried wontons or pork rind.
