Penzey's Quick Stir-Fry Sauce



4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1-2 teaspoons Chinese 5 spice
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
       and/or
1 tablespoon sweet ginger bits
cayenne pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and add to meat and veggies while stir-frying and serve over noodles or rice.
